Horis T Stedman, Jr. , MD
Dr. Stedman graduated from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1991. He started practice in Marble Falls, Texas in 1993 after completing an internship at UTMB in Family Medicine and a year of practice in Santa Fe, Texas.
He opened Family Wellness Center, P. A. with the goal of offering caring, preventative medicine to the people of the Highland Lakes.
He became designated as a class II and III Aviation Medical Examiner by the Federal Aviation Administration in July of 1999, and class I Aviation Medical Examiner in October of 2000. Dr Stedman is also certified to do Department Of Transportation exams for commercial drivers.
Dr. Stedman was certified by the American Board of General Practice from the late 1990’s until May of 2015. In December of 2015 he was certified by the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine. In addition to seeing patients in his office in Marble Falls, Dr. Stedman also works at multiple Emergency rooms around the state.
Dorothy Sizenbach, FNP-BC
Dorothy Sizenbach, FNP-BC, has been in the healthcare profession since 1999. She started as an LVN and worked her way up. She ultimately graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2007 with her MSN focusing on the Family Nurse Practitioner program.
She has been serving patients in the Hill Country since 2014. Her background primarily includes family practice, psychiatric, and pediatric. Clinic duties include evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic health issues such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, hypertension as well as acute illnesses. Health promotion and disease prevention are her main goals when serving her patients.
After spending 5 years in Houston, she and her husband finally decided to live in a smaller community to raise their children. The Hill Country is where they want to be!!! Dorothy and her husband have three amazing children, one of which is serving in the US Navy. Outside of her profession, she enjoys photography, volunteering in the community, and boating.
